1. Our 60-Day Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. No lengthy explanations required - if Kivori didn't deliver results after consistent use, contact us and we'll process your refund.
After 60 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@kivori.co with the following:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- Brief description of your experience
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
3. Return Shipping
Depending on your location, we may ask you to return the unused portion of your product. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address after your request is received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at info@kivori.co.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Email us at info@kivori.co with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
We will send a replacement at no additional cost within 5-7 business days.
6. Promotional Orders
Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for refund only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
