Shipping policy
At Kivori, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods such as promotions or new launches, processing may take slightly longer - we'll always work to ship as fast as possible.
Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding major holidays including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
2. International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International, offering reliable tracking at affordable rates. Estimated delivery time is 3-20 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal service.
Please note: International orders are subject to customs delays outside of our control. If you experience tracking issues, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier directly.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear in the system after your order has been dispatched.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Kivori is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed status, or being marked undeliverable, we will notify you by email. Once the package is returned, we will issue a refund minus any shipping and handling charges.
If you need to correct your address, contact us at info@kivori.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your carrier has marked your package as lost, please contact us at info@kivori.co and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. Please check your tracking details and reach out to us if needed.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
